Last year I purchased a wood stove insert for my fireplace. The store where I purchased the stove recommended I measure carefully to make sure it would fit and the chimney and firebox were safe for an insert.
I checked with a couple of installers in the area to inspect and measure. Robert responded quickly. He measured and inspected the chimney and he discovered the insert I had ordered was too big. and we had to order one smaller. All materials from Robert were top quality and will serve well for years to come. The installation was smooth and his price was reasonable for the amount of work and expertise involved.
This was our first experience with a wood stove and I had lots of questions and concerns. Robert educated us and put our fears to rest. We have enjoyed our first winter with our wood stove and have had no problems or complaints.

Robert installed a Regency wood burning fireplace insert for us last September. In addition he put a stainless steel chimney liner into a very difficult to navigate chimney in our old house.
We have used our new stove all winter and are delighted with it. It works perfectly and the chimney draws perfectly, with no smoke or odor in the house.
We plan to have him do periodic chimney cleaning in the future and strongly recommend his services.
